Shipping Policy

Order Processing Times

 

All orders within Canada will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days. Shipping to the US is estimated to take 2-9 business days depending on your distance.

Additional shipping Fee:

 

· Additional shipping/ delivery fee will be applied when the order total is less than the minimum purchase. Please Note: for heavy packages or large-sized shipments, an extra shipping fee may be required upon order fulfillment. GranataPet Products are excluded from the free shipping offer.

· If a shipment is refused and returned to us, we might charge you the reshipment fee.

 

Note:

 

Please ensure your delivery address is complete, including your unit number. Wrong address, incomplete address, and missing unit number may cause delay or return. We highly recommend leaving the receiver name that matches your ID. The package might be delivered to the locker, community mailbox, or concierge.

Local Delivery

 

We offer Local Delivery for certain areas every day. A great option to save some money on shipping for large-sized items. Please select the "Local Delivery" option at checkout.

Local Delivery Area:  Markham/Scarborough/Downtown/North York/Richmond Hill Free on orders over $69

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

We currently only ship orders to the US and Canada. US orders are usually duty-free; however, in rare cases where duty charges are incurred, you can contact us with proof, and we are willing to refund the duty charge. Please be advised that products (such as meat, dairy products, chicken meat, and eggs, food items CBP considers inadmissible) are typically not allowed into the US; customers are solely responsible for these imports, and we have no control over their removal or destruction.

 

Damages, Lost

We take every conceivable safety measure to prevent product damage. If the item is damaged in transit or has a manufacturing problem, please email us at info.ohmopup@gmail.com within three business days of receiving the package.

Please provide the following information:

-Photograph of the item/package and closeup shots of the defective part

-Order number 

Shipping Schedule

 

If you purchase in-stock and pre-order products at the same time, all the items will be shipped only after all pre-order items are received. Please note that the arrival time varies depending on the brand. 

 

All pre-order items are scheduled to be shipped 2-4 weeks after purchasing. Please start counting from the weekend deadline of the day of purchase. The deadline is every Sunday at 22:00. 

If you purchase multiple brands at once, it will be shipped after all items are received. 

 

Some brands might have exceptions, please check the product description section. It will take approximately one to two months for the products to be finished. 

If the item arrives earlier than scheduled, it will be shipped as soon as it arrives. Additionally, there is a possibility of delays caused by transportation conditions overseas. If there is a significant delay in delivery, we will contact you using the email address you provided.

Pre - Order Products

Currently, pre-order items are all ordered after payment is confirmed. Inventory status is constantly changing, and manufacturers may discontinue production without prior notice. Therefore, in rare cases, we may not be able to secure stock. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we will ask you to cancel your order after making your purchase. We will contact you to process your refund, so please include an email address where we can contact you. If we are unable to contact you for more than two weeks due to unavoidable circumstances, the order will be cancelled automatically. 

In addition, the deadline for all products in our store unless otherwise specified is Sunday. If we do not receive payment confirmation at that time, we may cancel your reservation

Ordering Errors

If you ordered the wrong size or the wrong color, please contact us within 24 hours. After 24 hours, sorry we will not be able to modify your order.  If there are additional sizes or colors that are not right, we will contact you using the email address you provided at the time of purchase. If we do not receive a reply within 24 hours, the order will be automatically cancelled.
